Attractive property, fairly clean, its staff and location were fabulous. I liked the room with beds a tad hard, the bed was extremely comfy.

Well, Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

The place is spectacular and clean, it offers tasty breakfast and unbeatable location close to everything.

Easy base for a budget stay with excellant wi-fi. Airy room and large bathroom, savoury breakfast.

The hotel was clean and impressive, ideal for our purposes. The staff were informative and brilliant, were waiting for us in the beautiful hall.

Many things to mention - everything was clean, brilliant food, lovely views. Plenty of food at breakfast like cereals and fruit.

Tbh, had a pleasant stay in a long time. The whole place was fairly clean, I enjoyed it, and had good staff and drinks. The hotel room was brand-new with a great shower.

Sadly, but there was stain in some areas.

The staff was easygoing, the accommodation was luxurious and tidy. They offered us outstanding meals, had plenty of options to choose from. A such wonderful stay with a nice swimming pool. What's more, we loved that we could park nearby.

As for me, the area was dull.

I liked the peaceful location and the staff was very frendly! Generous breakfast, good service. Bed was comfortable, room was decent & newly decorated. University district was worth staying in. What's more, it was very close to first direct arena as well as good restaurants.

We thoroughly enjoyed it, especially its location and staff. Really good building, spotless and spacious bedroom. A few minutes walk to shops and supermarket, away from the main road. Also, headingley stadium was max 25 minutes walk to. Late check-out was useful.

Excellent service, great value. Delicious breakfast and friendly professional personnel. The room was ordinary and having air conditioning, plasma-screen TV and balcony in it was handy. Gorgeous garden and clean pool. The pizza restaurant and poolside bar were also available.

Well managed staff, comfy beds and nice hot breakfast. Room was magnificent and absolutely brilliant. The staff did all they can for a very peaceful stay. True 3-star experience, marvellous service.

tranquil location, pleasant hotel and also neat. enjoyed the room, it was en-suite and new-fashioned. the full english breakfast was gorgeous and had variety of meals. you could walk to shops and supermarkets. beautiful views and quiet garden.
